MEET DEBORAH
Deborah Henley, an international keynote speaker and author of ‘Your Leadership Story’, knows what it means to face challenges head-on. From being held at gunpoint in Peru to racing yachts around the world, overcoming adversity and achieving success in equal measure, she has discovered that resilience, authenticity and courage are built in life’s toughest moments.
With a background in business and clinical psychology, a facilitator of leadership and people development and previously for those in addiction recovery - she headed up Relationship Development for EY’s financial services clients and has since worked with hundreds of top tier organisations. She now brings insights on how to influence and engage your clients, colleagues and culture, combining professional expertise with the expressive arts and extraordinary life experiences. Deborah shares compelling stories, messages and models to inspire and motivate, helping you unlock the human potential within your people.
