Sometimes the work isn't about refining the message- it's about listening for it.
Many of the people I work with come to me at moments of transition: when success no longer answers the deeper questions, when an old identity no longer fits, or when a quieter inner voice is asking for something more truthful.
Our work together is spacious, attentive and deeply human- creating clarity from within, before translating it into words, action or leadership.

How I work one-to-one
My coaching blends deep listening, narrative intelligence, emotional insight and intuitive
attunement.
Alongside strategy and structure, I trust what emerges through careful attention to your lived experience, your body, and what wants to be spoken next.
Some clients arrive with a clear goal or platform. Others come with only a sense that something needs to change. Both are welcome.
A First Step
I begin most one-to-one relationships with a focused 90-minute private session.
This is a meaningful piece of work in its own right - not a sales call. It gives us space to explore where you are, what you'd like to have happen, what's emerging and whether deeper work together feels right.
Investment: ÂŁ200 + VAT
If we decide to continue, this session is credited toward a longer package.
