Perfectly Flawed is more than a podcast.

It’s an invitation to explore what it really means to be human - to embrace flaws, foibles and failures, and discover how they can become a source of strength, creativity and extraordinary success.

Perfectly Flawed explores what happens when we stop turning away from struggle and imperfection - and start turning towards it.

Each episode is an intimate, in-person conversation with people who’ve achieved remarkable things not despite, but because of the challenges they’ve faced. We explore both the struggle and the strength inherent in being human, while aligning with reality, and embracing it in all its mess and magic.

Unhurried. Intelligent. Deeply human.

Why Perfectly Flawed?

“As humans, we’re wired to turn away from what feels uncomfortable or threatening.
That instinct keeps us safe - it’s survival doing its job.

But again and again, my guests reveal a deeper truth:

When we turn towards what we most want to hide, a new route opens — not around the struggle, but through it.

This is where creativity, leadership and real freedom are often found.
This is the art of being human.”

The host

Deborah Henley is an international keynote speaker, coach and former therapist with decades of experience working with leaders, elite performers and global organisations.

Her background enables conversations that are psychologically safe, intuitively guided, and rigorous without being extractive. Conversations are raw and largely unedited with guests often speaking about things they’ve never articulated publicly before - not because they are pushed, but because the space allows it.
