Irini Tzortzoglou – Masterchef winner
While cooking is her passion, Irini found herself facing a crisis of confidence in the face of her success. She recognised that underlying this was a lack of self-belief, and she knew she wasn’t alone in doubting her own talent.
She is committed to inspiring others to believe in themselves and follow their dreams whatever they are.

He led the young Bear Grylls up Everest, flew a car to Timbuktu, paddle boarded around Easter Island and earned multiple Guinness World Records for the highest dinner party, the most southerly game of cricket (on the South Pole) and various crazy exploits on a penny-farthing.

Jon Stapleton – Entrepreneur and Founder New Covent Garden Soup Company
When Jon began is entrepreneurial journey as a food scientist, there was not even a category on supermarket shelves for fresh soup because it was always tinned or powdered. They were at the forefront of a new way of thinking and that translated into wisdom and insights that Jon knew could make a difference to other young entrepreneurs in the food industry and beyond. We then worked together one to one and she blossomed from nervously reading from a script to delivering a blockbuster talk on the TEDx stage. Vicki is now a powerful advocate of female resilience with a new story to tell; in Summer 2021 she broke a Guinness World Record for rowing the mid-Pacific in 60 days
